Yeah this pretty much says it all

Hell, I've got my own Powerbook. But this weeks Simpson's first few minutes was too funny

I find myself (The Watchmen elitist that i am) geting more and more into this film. Hell they missed the whole point of V for Vendetta and I liked that one (I just think of the Movie and the Comic as two different stories (the comic's still better and do not even try to argue that point with me))
There are some changes, but it looks like they are being as faithful as they can in 2-3 hours.

I heard this great piece on this american life last week about how this group of Anti-409 Nigerian scammers makes it their mission to harass these con artist. Although the story bordered a little too much on endangering a persons life, they did tell the story of how they were able to convince a bunch of scammers to do the Monty Python Dead Parrot Sketch. They made them think they were trying out for a part in a film or such. It is a little long, but is pretty funny. I lost it when they did the "Pinning for the Fjords" part.

Not bad. Looks pretty accurate, except Dr. Manhattan looks a little too Pumped up.
But it is by the guy who did "300", so that would explain all the muscle suits and Silk Spectre.
But not horrible, still hate Ozymandias. Look like a bad republic serial villain

Here is a picture of the Minutemen from the new Watchmen film. Although it seems more faithful to the comic then the modern heroes, I can't help but think I am at a comic con with a bunch of die-hard Watchmen fans.

caught a fun Zombie film last night on cable called "Fido". It is Leave it to Beaver meets Night of the Living Dead. It has a great premise that we won a Zombie war in the 50's and now people use them for slave labor.
Pretty fun film with a lot of great B-list actors.
